And The Horse They Rode In On, the debut album from the band, W4RHORS3, is a riotous, jammy rock extravaganza devised by a crew of veteran musicians fresh from the front lines of the sonic battlefield. 

Led by guitarist Chan Kinchla, founding and current member of the band BLUES TRAVELER, who is joined by co-conspirators Paul ILL on Bass, Wally Ingram on Drums, and Maxwell Butler on Keys, W4RHORS3 (pronounced “Warhorse”) incorporates a lifetime of influences into an accessible, lively, and experimental blend of original rock and roll.

Loosely a concept album, ATHTRIO tells the story of W4RHORS3– a green robot and the band’s namesake –who is lost in space with only the power of good music to guide him home. Calling across the cosmos with the upbeat synth funk of “Struck by Lightning,” the easy singer-songwriter grooves of “Wind and Rain,” and the driving 70’s-tinged Rock of “Girl on a Mountain,” and more, W4RHORS3 journeys across time and space to get back to where he belongs.
