Henry Mancini (1924-1994) is best remembered for his film and television scores. He won a record number of Grammy Awards, plus a posthumous Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 1995. Songs with music composed by Mancini were staples of the easy listening genre and jazz from the 1960s to the 1980s.
