The best part about creating music is being able to channel my inner thoughts and vulnerability and share them with the world. It becomes a time capsule when I go back and listen to ADHD I, it takes me to a different place and evokes different emotions. I was 31 then. Today I'm 36, and this album captures where I am in life right now, still living with ADHD. The ADHD series is fun to make because I have a scattered brain, and it allows me to create freely without worrying about the different musical sides of me that come out. I don't have to think about album structure or doing things a certain way - I just get to be myself and do what I love. I get to make music that might help others who are dealing with their own adversities. I'm grateful that all of my fans and family get to experience this journey with me in real time and I'm happy we get to do it all over again. Thank you for supporting me and continuing to travel with me as we reach new heights. I am only successful because of God and you. I hope you enjoy this album as much as I love creating it.".
