Limited opaque red vinyl LP pressing. Produced by Daniel Rey (Ramones, King Missile, Misfits). Available on vinyl for the first time in over three decades. In October of 1990, the band Mookie Blaylock performed their first-ever show opening for Inspector Luv And The Ride Me Babys. In 1991, Mookie Blaylock became Pearl Jam. The following year, Inspector Luv became Green Apple Quick Step. Green Apple Quick Step (GAQS) soon found themselves signed to The Medicine Label, entering Bad Animals Studio (then owned by sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson of Heart, and named after their 3x Platinum 1987 album), working with producer Daniel Rey (Ramones, King Missile, Misfits) and having 14-time Grammy winner Ron Saint Germain mix the material that would become their debut album, Wonderful Virus. Featuring radio staples like "Dirty Water Ocean" and "Ludes And Cherrybombs," GAQS found themselves once again beside their friends, Pearl Jam, but instead of sharing a stage, they were sharing the airwaves. Over 30 years later, Wonderful Virus returns, remastered on red vinyl, and is also included on the double CD Dizzy: The Medicine Label Anthology. It's time to get checked out for a Wonderful Virus.
