The acclaimed soundtrack to 2046, Wong Kar Wai's celebrated cinematic masterpiece and a companion piece to In the Mood for Love, makes it's Japanese LP debut with this special edition release. Widely regarded as one of the defining works of Hong Kong cinema and the culmination of Wong Kar Wai's filmmaking, the film explores memory, love, and lost time through a dreamlike blend of classical, Latin, jazz, and pop music that perfectly captures it's sensual atmosphere. Starring internationally acclaimed actors including Tony Leung and Kimura Takuya, the film remains one of the director's most admired achievements. This first Japanese LP release is pressed on 180g heavyweight Clear Orange colored vinyl and includes liner notes, lyrics, and Japanese translations.
