How do I track my order?

Shipping

How long does it take to ship an order?

Most in-stock orders are packed and shipped within 1-5 business days. 

If your order contains an in-stock item and a pre-order item, your order will ship when we recieve all items in stock. If you'd like to split your order, please contact us directly.

During busy times, it may take longer.

What happens if my order qualifies for free shipping?

Orders with free shipping will ship once all items are in stock. Preorder items will delay shipment unless you choose to split the order and pay additional shipping fees.

Who is responsible for seam splits?

The company is not responsible for seam splits unless you request the LP to be opened before shipping.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items during checkout and are collected with the purchase.

What are the domestic transit times?

Media Mail: 4-8 business days, Priority Mail: 2-4 business days, UPS: 1-6 business days.

What are the international transit times?

Orders shipped internationally are in transit for 3-8 days, depending on the selected courier.

Can the delivery address be changed?

Yes, the delivery address can be changed before the order is dispatched.

Does Experience Vinyl ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses?

Yes, but only via postal services for P.O. boxes and USPS for military addresses.

What should I do if my delivery time exceeds the forecasted time?

Contact customer service for an investigation.

What should I do if my parcel is damaged in transit?

If possible, reject the parcel from the courier and contact customer service. If delivered without your presence, contact customer service for next steps.

Are sales tax and import duties included?

Sales tax is included in the price of goods. Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be required upon arrival in the destination country.

What should I do if my parcel is lost in transit?

Contact customer service to start an investigation with the courier. Refund or replacement will be processed once the courier confirms the parcel is lost.

How do I return a product?

Request a return label by emailing info@experiencevinyl.com or calling 212 301 0560 (shipping charges may apply). 

Returns

Can international orders be exchanged?

No, international orders cannot be exchanged for any reason.

What is the return policy for change of mind?

Returns due to change of mind are accepted within 30 days of receipt if the item is in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, and refunds are processed as store credit.

What is the return policy duration?

30 days from the date of purchase.

What are the conditions for a return?

Item must be unused, in the same condition, and in the original packaging.

Are there any non-returnable items?

Gift cards, downloadable software products.

How will I be notified about my refund status?

You will receive an email notification upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

What should I do if my refund is late or missing?

Check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and bank. If the refund is still not received, contact info@experiencevinyl.com.

What items can be replaced?

Only defective or damaged items can be replaced with the same item.

 Can gifts be exchanged?

Yes, gifts can be exchanged for another item (shipping charges may apply). Holiday gifts can be exchanged by January 31st (Shipping charges may apply)

What happens if there is a stock discrepancy?

If an item is out of stock, the available items will be shipped, and you will be contacted to either await restocking or process a refund for the backordered item.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

The order will be dispatched once the item is available. Existing items in the order will be reserved.

How can I track my order?

Customers will receive a tracking link upon dispatch to follow the progress of their shipment. You can also head to our FAQ or our Chat widget page to track and manage your orders!

Keep in mind that all in-stock orders ship in 1-5 business days. 

Can I cancel my order before it is dispatched?

Yes, cancellations are accepted before the order is dispatched. If already dispatched, refer to the refund policy.

Are parcels insured?

Yes, parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.
