Most orders are packed up and shipped out within 1-5 business days, regardless of which shipping you choose. During busier times like the holidays, it may be a bit longer. Orders place after 1 pm the next business day is the first day.

Orders that qualify for free shipping will not ship until all items are in stock. If your order contains a preorder, your order will ship once all the records arrive in our warehouse. Unless you would like to split the order and pay an additional shipping fee. If the preorder qualifies for free shipping you can split the order with no additional fees.

For orders within the U.S.:

• Media Mail: 4 – 21 business days
• Priority Mail: 2 – 4 business days
• UPS: 1 – 6 business days

For international orders:
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 3-8 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected.

Experience Vinyl will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase, but will NOT include the refund the value of any shipping paid.
